What we are expecting?

Min 8 years' experience in leading complex and transformation IT programs

Experience leading and running a mix of IT/Business projects and programs

Prior experience in leading similar programs in Process Automation.

Exposure and experience to Process Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and UiPath will be seen as a strength

Hands-on experience designing and implementing RPA solutions using Automation tools, is a big plus

Experience working as a business PM with technical background

Experience running projects that interact with business efficiency/automations tools such as VBA Macros, is a plus

Leadership skills to inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence

Management skills to manage staff and help attain sales and growth targets

Ability to complete projects on time and within budget

Experience with project planning, managing and documenting tools

Experience in one or more of the following: C/C++, C#, Java, XML, Unix / Linux, Windows Admin, or Embedded Software Development
